Terms of Use & Conditions

At Skillo Trainings, we aim to provide a safe, secure, and professional learning environment for all students. These terms are created and enforced by the Skillo Head Office and apply to all our branches and learning platforms.


Definitions of Learning Platforms

Online Learning:
Education delivered through digital platforms where participation through a Learning Management System (LMS) is required.

On-Campus Learning:
Physical, face-to-face classes held at Skillo’s training centers.

ICT:
Technologies used to store, access, and exchange information digitally.

LMS:
Our official platform used to organize, manage, and deliver online course content.

Student Cards:
Applicable only to selected campuses where entry management is handled by the respective building authorities.


Data Collection & Usage

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected for academic and administrative purposes only.

  • Online activity (attendance, quizzes, assignments) is recorded for assessment and course improvement.

  • Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.


Data Security

  • We use secure systems, strong encryption, and password-protected access.

  • Strict privacy protocols are followed to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of information.


Communication

Students may be contacted through official channels such as email, SMS, LMS notifications, or phone calls for academic updates, policy announcements, or other important information.


Terms of Learning (Applicable to Both Online & On-Campus Modes)

Curriculum & Instruction

  • All courses follow industry-standard structures and learning objectives.

  • Online and on-campus programs share the same core curriculum and expected outcomes.

  • Teaching methods may include live classes, recorded sessions, assignments, projects, tutorials, and practice activities.


Content Delivery

Online:
LMS, video lectures, PDFs/e-books, discussion forums, assignments.

On-Campus:
Classroom lectures, hands-on practice, workshops, group activities.

All formats are delivered by qualified instructors and training coordinators.


Student Code of Conduct

  • Active participation is expected in both modes.

  • Plagiarism, harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.

  • Minimum attendance requirements must be met to receive certification.


Assessment & Evaluation

  • Assessments may include quizzes, assignments, projects, exams, and practical tests.

  • Online assessments are conducted on secure systems to ensure academic integrity.

  • Grading criteria remain transparent and available through the LMS or student portal.


Support Services

  • Academic support, counseling, and technical help are available online and on-campus.

  • Online learners receive assistance through live support, email, or our helpdesk system.

  • All students have equal access to resources, opportunities, and scholarships (where applicable).


Technology Use & Infrastructure

  • Skillo ensures reliable systems for course delivery and communication.

  • Students must maintain their own internet connection and compatible devices for online learning.

  • On-campus students must follow rules regarding equipment, labs, and device usage.


Policy Updates

Skillo reserves the right to update or modify any policy at any time. Any changes will be shared via email, LMS notifications, or website announcements. Updates apply from the date they are published.


Admission Policy

  • Enrollment may be closed at any time based on seat availability.

  • Registration fees are as follows:

    • 2 Months: Rs. 2,000

    • 3 Months: Rs. 3,000

    • 6 Months: Rs. 5,000

    • 1-Year Diploma: Rs. 10,000

  • Enrolled students may attend seminars at discounted rates or at no cost.


General Regulations

  • Misuse or damage of campus property will result in fines.

  • Students must refrain from staying on campus before or after class hours.

  • Parking areas must be used responsibly and at the owner’s risk.


Attendance Requirements

  • Attendance is marked within the first 10 minutes of class.

  • Minimum 80% attendance, plus successful completion of exams and projects, is required for certification.

  • Only students with an A grade + 80% attendance may qualify for paid internships.


Certification & Grading Criteria

  • LinkedIn profile & final portfolio: 30%

  • Project/client targeting strategy: 20%

  • Project execution and understanding: 20%

  • Performance metrics & analysis: 20%

  • Skill application & reflection: 10%

Certificates are not awarded for a grade of D or below.


Certification Issuance

  • Certificates are issued after course completion within the announced timeframe.

  • Skillo is not responsible for lost or damaged certificates after delivery.

  • Proxy attendance is strictly prohibited.

  • Certificate duplication fee: PKR 10,000


Course Freezing & Swapping

Course freezing or swapping is allowed within 2–3 weeks of course start:

  • 3 Months Program: PKR 3,000

  • 6 Months Program: PKR 6,000

  • 1-Year Diploma: PKR 10,000


Refunds & Withdrawals

Refunds are not offered.
However, under exceptional circumstances, students may submit a written request with valid proof within 2 months of payment.
Final decisions rest solely with Skillo Management.


Code of Conduct

Attendance & Deductions

  • Student attendance is marked within 10 minutes.

  • Instructor attendance is recorded within 5 minutes by the coordinator.


Harassment & Discrimination

  • Harassment, aggression, bullying, or disrespect toward instructors/staff is strictly prohibited.

  • Staff must treat students respectfully; misconduct can be reported at our official email.

  • Any form of stalking, harassment, or threats will lead to strict action.


Unauthorized Use of Property

  • Theft, misuse, vandalism, or damage to property will lead to serious disciplinary action.

  • Weapons, drugs, or illegal materials are strictly banned.


Honesty & Integrity

  • Providing false documents or information is not allowed.

  • Misusing student IDs or accessing restricted areas without permission is prohibited.

  • Filing false emergency reports or disrupting institutional operations is punishable.


Responsible Use of Technology

  • Unauthorized access, password sharing, or hacking attempts are not allowed.

  • Cyber harassment, discrimination, or threats will result in disciplinary measures.

  • Accessing someone’s private data or messages without consent is strictly forbidden.


Legal Consequences

Any misconduct—online or on-campus—while representing Skillo may lead to action under relevant laws.
Skillo may also initiate internal disciplinary procedures and involve legal authorities when required.
